    Question Title:
Media volume goes to zero after unplug headphones
    Comment:

Recently, when I unplug my headphones, the media volume level indicator briefly comes up and shows that the media volume has been set to zero.  I can't imagine why this is happening... has anyone else seen this?

I tried Safe mode and it stopped happening.  I then uninstalled turntable.fm and it's fixed now...

      2. Power the device on.
Note Press and momentarily hold the Power button.
      3. When the Motorola Dual Core screen appears, simultaneously press and hold Volume Up / Down keys.
        Safe mode
      4. Continue to hold the Volume Up / Down keys until Safe mode appears in the lower left.
        Safe mode
      5. While in Safe Mode, remove the most recently installed applications.
      6. Power cycle the device then attempt to use the device.
      7. If the device works properly, install applications one at a time to identify the application causing the problem.

just wanted to chime in that I've had the same issue, and yes, it started with the latest update for me. I tried removing the apps I've installed since then (wasn't that many, so that was easy to test) but the issue still continues. I have not tried the safe mode yet though.

i will report this as a possible issue. i had a feeling it was going to be after the update. maybe a Moto rep will stop by for some questions.
